The Confluence Center is a Media Arts Maker Space located in the heart of the Montbello Community at McGlone Academy. The Confluence is a vibrant and dynamic space where students create media rooted in identity, families advocate through the power of their stories and community organizes in solidarity to build strength in community. The Confluence brings together creatives and advocates who are out to write their own narratives as they speak truth to power in advocacy for Montbello.
The Confluence and YEBO (Youth Empowerment Broadcasting Organization) are collaborating with communities to roll out the Quarantined Art Project to support youth impacted by COVID-19. All donations made to YEBO and our fiscal sponsor The HadaNou Collective will go directly towards art supplies for youth.
